- You must provide a brief reason for the refund request
- Refund abuse (multiple refunds without valid reason) may result in account restriction

- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price
- Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method
3. Refund Process

- Provide a brief reason for your refund request
Step 2: Review
- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- Most refund requests are approved automatically if within 14 days
Step 3: Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days
- The refund will appear on your original payment method
- You'll receive a confirmation email once processed
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:
- Request is made after 14 days from purchase date
- Evidence of refund abuse or fraud
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Content was substantially accessed or downloaded (case-by-case basis)

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content:

- If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued regardless of timeframe
6. Specialist Compensation
Important: When a refund is issued:
- The specialist will not receive payment for that sale
- If payout has already been made, the refund amount may be deducted from future earnings
- This protects against fraudulent purchases
7. Payment Processing Fees
Please note:
- Stripe processing fees are not refundable to us
- However, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid
- Parent School absorbs the processing fee cost
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank:
- Please contact us first – we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback
- Chargebacks incur additional fees that hurt our platform and specialists
- Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation
9. EU Consumer Rights
For EU customers:
- You have a right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days under EU law
- This right may be waived if you explicitly consent to immediate access to digital content
