How do I purchase a guide?
Browse our guides, click on one you're interested in, and click "Purchase." You'll be redirected to secure Stripe checkout. After payment, you'll have instant access.
How do I access my purchased guides?
Go to "My Purchases" in your dashboard. All your purchased guides are available there for lifetime access.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I share guides with others?
No, guides are for personal use only. Sharing violates our Terms of Service and is unfair to specialists who created the content.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and payment methods supported by Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@parentschool.lv with your request. Note that you'll lose access to purchased guides unless required by law to maintain access.
For Specialists
How do I become a specialist?
Click "Become a Specialist" and submit an application with your credentials and expertise. Our team will review it within 3-5 business days.
What qualifications do I need?
We look for relevant expertise in parenting, child development, education, psychology, or related fields. Professional credentials are preferred but not always required.
How much can I earn?
You receive 80% of each sale (after payment processing fees). Earnings depend on your guide prices and sales volume.
When do I get paid?
Payouts occur monthly on the 1st of each month for earnings above €20. See our Specialist Terms for details.
How do I set my guide price?
You can set any price between €5 and €500. Consider the depth and value of your content when pricing.
Can I update my guides after publishing?
Yes! You can update content at any time. Existing customers will see the updated version.
What if I want to remove a guide?
You can unpublish guides, but existing customers must retain access. Contact support if you have concerns.
How do refunds affect my earnings?
Refunded sales are deducted from your earnings. If already paid out, the amount is deducted from future earnings.

Which browsers are supported?
We support all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions).
Can I use Parent School on mobile?
Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and works on all devices.
I'm not receiving emails from you. What should I do?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add @parentschool.lv to your safe senders
- Verify your email address in account settings
- Contact support if the issue persists
What if I forget my password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page. We'll send you a password reset link via email.
Why can't I access a guide I purchased?
Possible reasons:
- Payment is still processing (wait a few minutes)
- You're not signed into the correct account
- Technical issue - contact support
